Resolved Question: what are the benefits and havards of drinking oolong tea also known as wulong tea?

just got some in today . and im just wondering if anyone here has had some and what are the effects. does it cause the jitters. does it help lose weight. is it really goofd fo the skin ? all those tyoes of questions. if any answers. i will be grateful.
