Resolved Question: Body Cleanses? Most effective Exercises?

I am ready to put my foot where my mouth is when it comes to getting my butt into shape. I want to make sure to do a thorough body cleanse before I start my "diet" (i hate that word)!!!
I am on the Wu-Yi Tea Weight Loss system which I have NOT started yet, but intend to start it in 1 to 2 weeks, depending on how long my cleanse will take. (Google Wu-Yi Weight Loss in google to get more details)
I want a very effective healthy and cost efficient cleanse, one that I will notice a change and most of all feel a change.
Also I have my weight mostly around my mid section and my arms, so what are good exercises I can do from home without spending money?
I am really eager to do this and want the most effective and least expensive ways to accomplish my goals. My goal is to lose 40lbs by May or June.
Thanks for your help :-)

Resolved Question: Losing weight involuntarily?? plz help! not long?

I asked this question before but I only got "no" as an answer (which btw my question can't be answered by no) and someone who talked about their wu-yi tea or whatever I don't care since i already lose weight. Here's my problem:

Recently, each time I eat chocolate, I lose a few pounds. I don't do that much sport and it's really when I eat chocolate, I tried not to eat any for a while and I didn't lose a pound. What's happening?
Ant Boogie: Yeah. It's really weird, never happened to me until recently. Of course it takes a little time, can't lose wight in a few min. Maybe a few hours.

Resolved Question: Question about Oolong Tea?

Does anyone know of a good oolong tea? I found lots on Amazon.com but I don't want to go for one that is not as good or a rip off or w/e. I don't have an Asian Marketplace near me. Even though I know that tea alone can't help with weight loss, I've heard it can help, along with exercise and good eating habits. I've done alot of research on Wu-Yi and came to the conclusion that most of the free trial websites are scams and that oolong tea is just as good.

Is this a good one? has anyone tried this? The second link is all the others that are listed.
