Resolved Question: I'm eating well, exercising regularly yet somehow getting fatter?


I eat relatively healthy, and exercise about 3-5 days a week, depending on the week, yet somehow my jeans aren't fitting me anymore.
On a typical day I would consume the following:
Breakfast - fruit smoothie, or freshly squeezed juice, coffee/ oolong tea
Morning snack - small bag of peeled/chopped apples + green tea with honey and skim milk
Lunch - whole wheat tortilla with vegetables and humus
Afternoon snacks - small bag of chopped carrots/peppers + small bag of pineapple
Dinner - baked fish with vegetables
I generally don't eat after 7-8pm

My exercise routine consists of 15-20min on the treadmill, half an hour of weights - low to midsized, with high reps, and 10min of stretching and abs.
I never weigh myself, since it tends to become an obsessive and mentally destructive habit, but my jeans, and belts speak for themselves. I'm in my mid-twenties and generally not overweight, but more so slightly soft around the edges. How is it that despite my diet and exercise, I'm gaining weight?

Resolved Question: Organic Oolong tea remedies?


Can you help me to determine if this Oolong tea remedy is right for me, also known as Wu Long tea. I have four very active girls that I cant keep up with. I am needing to get more energy in my life to keep up with my children.. I was told that this tea will boost my Energy levels, plus work to clean out my system.. I need someone who is very familiar with this product to help me comprehend if this is my target.. I am overweight & pulling my hair out with four children. I want to be active, & have more energy to do so.. Is this gonna do the trick or do you know of another natural way that can help with what im searching for.. I don't have extra time to do correct exercises in a days worth of time, but I need to have more hyper activity. If you have any suggestions that will work let me know..

Resolved Question: How long does loose tea least?


I found a tin of Oolong tea in the cupboard and made a pot.
It was VERY good. I must have had the tin for a number of years.
How long does tea stay brewable if kept dry, cool, and sealed in a box?
I have heard that some Pu-erh teas are more than 80 years old, just for an extreme example.
