2.Dried SeaWeed(it says 1calorie)
3. Wulong Tea

I drink Wulong Tea about 3-5 cups a day. And I eat one meal of vegetable soup about 2 cups. And Eat dried seaweed as a snack.

Im also wondering if adding an apple will ruin my weight lost. I heard it act as carbohydrate like potatoes so im trying to stay away from.
So far i been walking and jogging 2 hours a day and exercise 1 hour of other cardio exercise.
I So far weight 170, planning to drop at least 20 pounds.
And here is my thing! Will it kill my health? Like my body will start storing fat instead of losing it?IS THIS BAD?

Resolved Question: Has anybody tried the Okinawa green tea that was featured on Oprah and Rachel Ray shows?

I was reading about this green tea made out of 100% wulong tea leaves and it's supposed to help you loose weight 125% more than regular green tea and it's supposed to have other health benefits as well. It's good for your skin, reduces cancer risk, reduces arthritis etc.

I just want to know if anyone has tried it and has had any success.
