Voting Question: Wu-Yi Tea??? Super important! Does it work?
Has anyone tried Wu-Yi Tea for weight loss? Does it work? They are having a two week free trial and I really want to try it.
Unfortunately, I'm only 14.I can easily get the stuff sent but I don't want my parents to see it! Will it arrive all at once? Maybe I can sneak it inside before they see it? That's a good bet right now since my school's having winter break... as long as it comes in the next two weeks. has anyone that tried this know how long it takes to get here? Does this stuff even work with the recommendations?

Resolved Question: Wu-Yisource Tea..Does it work?
I was curious to know if anyone has drank this tea and saw any results? I ordered it and not too sure if I didn't let the tea bag sit in the water long enough or what but it tastes like water...YUCK! May try again and let it sit longer and add a little splenda or something. Any Advice?

Resolved Question: I've decided to start an extreme weight loss program...how does my plan sound?
I'm 6'3", around 235 (I'll know for sure tomorrow at the gym). I'm not stuck on numbers, but I'm guessing I'll need to lose at least 75 lbs before I'm satisfied. My main goals are to lose my broad shoulders and chest. I know that some guys with they were bigger, but that means nothing to me. I really don't care what other people find attractive, and I'm not interested in any of the women who want some big strong man to protect them.
As my pic will demonstrate, I have a very long way to go. As far as diet is concerned, my plan is to stick to low-carb, low-fat, and not to eat until one hour after my stomach starts to rumble. I find a lot of times I eat just as an excuse - because I'm bored or because it's a certain time of day or because I feel like it - and I'm interested to see how much I would eat per day if I only ate when I was really, truly hungry.
I don't have some strict timeline to lose this much weight...I'm presuming it will take me till summer to lose it all. As for exercise, I'm going to stick to only cardio. I'm asking for new running shoes for Christmas since the cheap ones I bought give me blisters if I run too much, so until then, it will be 20 min on the treadmill, 20 on the Stairmaster, and 20 on the elliptical, seven days a week.

Oh, postscript: do NOT post ads for Acai berry, Wu-Yi tea, or any other fad diet or magic cure. This site is rife with you people and trust me, whatever solution I end up going with is not going to include investing in some dumb miracle cure. I have worked in the corporate offices of an Herbalife-style fad diet company, so I'm well aware of how they prey on insecure and desperate people. Thanks.
Simeon - Thanks...while I did warn people against posting links, I do check out each one to make sure I don't report anyone simply for directing me to diet info.
Mitch - Thanks...however, I don't want to look muscular...that's why I chose to lose so much weight.
Just in case anyone says this....I tried personal trainers. i'm in no position to hire one anyway (and I don't need one), but they just told me I was crazy to want to lose so much weight and to "take advantage" of my size....in other words, they misunderstood me. I know I'm not obese (moderately overweight at best), but I want to appear smaller. My problem is not my stomach, but my upper body...broad shoulders and chest.
Okay, maybe "extreme weight loss" was a bad term to use. I'm not saying "I need to lose seven pounds a week" or "I need to lose 40 lbs by New Year's" or anything like that. I meant "extreme" as in "losing a lot of weight", not "losing a lot of weight in an unrealistic time span."
PLEASE read my full question. I don't think I'm hugely obese. As nice as it is for people to say, I don't care if others think it's great for a guy to have broad shoulders and a big chest....I hate it and that's why I want to lose an inordinate amount of weight.
I'm aware of the effect of multiple meals on metabolism, and if I were simply trying to get in shape, that's what I would be doing. However, my goal is to get as thin as I can, not to build muscle or simply get in shape.

Resolved Question: How in the world do you prepare tea without bags?
Obviously the wu-yi/oolong/wu-long teas are too good to be true. As far as 'slimming' goes, I wouldn't be willing to try it, but so many people claim it's the most decadent tea they've ever tasted. I'm a person who likes to indulge in tea and I'd love to try it, but . . . How do you prepare it if it has no bags? I've looked up bodums on Amazon, but they all have their fair share of faultiness. Is there another way or a great and upstanding brand that manufactures bodums? Otherwise, I'm clueless. Thanks.

Resolved Question: Hello, I am taking Wuyi Wulong Tea Capsules but I am anxious now. Does it have a side effect?
I have been taking them for 3 or 4 days total and my mood as of lately has been very anxious and depressed/moody. This is not normally like me to act this way. Does anyone know if this product has a side effect? I ordered the capsules online and they are 500 mg capsules. I take between 1-3 a day to help with weight loss/metabolism. I really don't like feeling like this, so any help would greatly be appreciated. Thank you very much in advance.

Resolved Question: Question about my diet?
Here is my schedule for eating? For breakfast I eat blueberry bagels and fat free cream cheese! Lunch I make tuna sandwich like 1 tsp of mayo and I use half a tuna can and make a sandwich with cheese(wheat bread). And for dinner I eat the Healthy Choice which is only like 350 calories. I drink maybe 4 bottles of water or more. I tried to drink as much as I can. When I get hungry I drink water. I also try to work out walk or jog or do some workouts like 3 times a week! So will I lose weight doing this everyday? I also bought this tea along time ago Wulong tea that supposably helps you lose weight might try to drink that twice a day. DOn't know. But, is what i'm doing help me lose weight.? I prob. eat like 600 cal. a day! I'm 22 175. Just had a kid 8 months ago gained 80 pounds lost 30 of it within a week still need to lose the remainder. What do you all think??!!!

Resolved Question: Has anybody tried the Okinawa green tea that was featured on Oprah and Rachel Ray shows?
I was reading about this green tea made out of 100% wulong tea leaves and it's supposed to help you loose weight 125% more than regular green tea and it's supposed to have other health benefits as well. It's good for your skin, reduces cancer risk, reduces arthritis etc.
I just want to know if anyone has tried it and has had any success.
