Resolved Question: caffiene in wulong tea?

Hi
I am too much overweight and also suffering from anxiety.
I am planning to use wu long tea but i came to know that it has caffiene in it.
Please guide if that caffeine will worsen my anxiety or I can safely consume wulong tea.
