Voting Question: Diet Question! please read&help me!?

Monday & Tuesday :

Breakfast - Special K Cereal [ 7:50 AM ]
Lunch - Salad w/ low fat dressing [12:45 PM ]
Snack - Wieght Watchers Yogurt [ 3:00 PM ]
Dinner - Lean Cuisine [ 7:00 PM ]

Wednesday - Thursday

Breakfast - Special K Cereal [ same time as above ]
Lunch - Bologna & Cheese Sandwich on White Bread [ same time]
Snack - Special K Snack Bar [ same time ]
Dinner - Lean Cuisine [ same time ]

Friday - Sunday

Same meal plan only..
Friday go out to dinner

if i follow that food plan for myself, and add exercise into my life 3-4 days a week : 30 mins

Example : Walking, Dancing, Work Out Videos On Demand

& also Drink 2 Cups of Wu Yi Tea Daily..

how much wieght am i estimated to loose by lets say around March?

MY CURRENT WiEGHT - 155
MY GOAL WiEGHT - 110-115

i would like to loose 45 pounds.. by the way i am 15 years old & a girl

what do you think of this plan, & how much wieght do you think i could loose with it, how long would this plan take me to achieve my goal of loosing 45 pounds?
