Resolved Question: i'm going to start a low calorie diet...?

and i have a few questions...first of, i leave my house in the morning for school, and then go straight to the ymca, and then to work, so i'm not at home and i don't have access to a kitchen. so, i have 100 calorie packs, 90 calorie special k granola bars, 100 calorie yoplait light, 90 calorie fruit snacks, and uncrustables to take for lunch at 210 calories. i only drink water. i'm not going to eat over 1200 calories, but i'm wondering how many calories i should eat? how many calories where you eating when you had the most success losing weight? also, what are some lower calorie foods i can (easily) grab and take with me in the mornings that don't have to be refrigerated or cooked? also, i keep seeing crap about wulong oolong tea...does it actually help you lose fat? i know it's not a 'magic pill' or anything, i'm just curious to know if it helps a bit? thanks
also, i seem to have a bunch of fat ccovering my butt, lol, what's the best exercise to help get rid of it?
